Undercarriage overall in moderate wear condition: sprockets good, shoes 75% remaining, adjusters ~60% extended, pins visually round. No immediate action needed, but track chain wear is progressing—plan for maintenance when adjusters approach end of stroke.
- Empire CAT installed new tracks in 2023.

Peaks Performance performed the following work in October 2024:
- Engine Fan System: Fan pressure sensor, steering charge filter, and torque converter temp sensor replaced. Wiring to fan solenoid and temp sensor repaired with new connectors. ECM settings calibrated to spec; fan speed set to 1444 RPM with 1600 PSI clip.
- A/C System: Leaking hose replaced, system pressure-tested, vacuumed, and recharged.
- Engine Mounts: Missing front right engine mount bolts installed; alignment corrected.

- Owner purchased the tractor in November 2007 with approximately 3,000 hours.
