- Screen: FSG516326, 5'x16' triple deck horizontal. Baldor 30HP.
- Cone: RC45STD.
- Liners: Standard coarse 60% top and bottom.
- Electric motor: 125HP 1200RPM.

Details:
The El-Jay 1140 has a triple deck horizontal screen, the top deck feeds the RC45STD cone. Middle deck overs discharge to left side chute. Bottom deck overs can pass to discharge chute on either side or to under-crusher swivel discharge conveyor. 42" wide under-crusher swivel discharge conveyor can rotate to either side and is powered by a 7.5HP electric motor. Under-screen collection hopper feeds 30" wide discharge conveyor (7.5HP) that feeds rear discharge conveyor. Rear discharge conveyor has 36" wide belt, conveyor is powered by 10HP electric motor.

- New seals for hydraulic adjustments and pressure clamps.
